Bluzelle

• Upgrade to v10.0 of Bluzelle chain has been planned out and calculated in terms of planned block height, changelog, etc.
• Governance proposal to upgrade Bluzelle chain from v9.0 to v10.0 has been made and voted on.
• Upgrade proposal has been a resounding success in terms of participation and results, so far. Quorum has been met, with 13 voters including most of the validators, and 99.65% voting power having voted, and voted yes. We have also blown way past the yes-threshold. Upgrade will happen at block 3,333,333.
• Discord channel security being upgraded in light of recent security issue with respect to hackers posting scam messages and accessing unauthorized areas.
• New multi-send banking transaction added that allows for 1000+ bank transactions to all be done in one singular transaction, saving on gas price and reducing on-chain traffic. Associated support added to CLI and SDK. Will be included in a future upgrade.
• New multi-send NFT transaction added. Critical for future efficiency in our marketplace and for Gamma4, allows a single transaction to do the work of what was previously multiple separate NFT transactions, again saving on gas price and reducing on-chain traffic. Associated support added to CLI and SDK. Will be included in a future upgrade.
