The past week was focused on launching a number of new features for the layer 1 chain in test mode. This will make future upgrades easier and allow for proposals. GAMMA 4 was all about testing and getting it ready for the private beta players. Cappella finished off features that will make it smooth for NFT collections to launch.
BLUZELLE CHAIN
- Governance proposals now working in test! Proposals can be put in and voted upon and passed or failed. Paves the path to doing software upgrades.
- Testing upgrade code to allow governance proposals to trigger a software upgrade. This eliminates the past need for hard forks.
- Testing is progressing well with the potential next upgrade of the mainnet. We are running a parallel network that matches the mainnet, but in test, and upgrading it to the latest stable code.
- Running two new relayers to increase decentralization of our IBC links to Osmosis. These are run by the community.
- Curium-cli has been updated to support ALL queries and transactions that are supported in our SDK.
- Curiumd client has been updated to support ALL queries and transactions that are supported in our SDK.
- Authz module has been tested succcessfully and allows users to assign roles to other parties.
CAPELLA
- Added attributes filtering to the marketplace (can now filter nfts on their respective collection page by their attributes). Both dynamic attributes and static attributes
- Marketplace now fully supports SFTs (semi-fungible tokens) (this was a big task with the marketplace as it was initially built for just NFTs) - SFTs will be noted with an "Owned" and "Supply" property on their cards (screen shot)
- Attributes now render in the individual nft page (left side under the nft image)
- Collection descriptions now support links and new line characters (so when descriptions are written in the JSON file, collection owners can add links andÂ
\\n
character to indicate a new line). They can format it like a paragraph and add links to their socials (like twitter, discord, etc...)
